I have 2 questions. When I cut the cheese cake the crust doesn’t come with it. What am I doing wrong. Second, how do I get the crust off of the springform bottom so that I can freeze it. I don’t want to freeze the bottom because I’d like to use it to make the cheesecake again while the other freezes

This is one of the best cheesecakes I’ve made and I topped it with a blueberry topping. I read somewhere where you don’t do the water bath but you put the pan in the oven but the cheesecake on a different shelf and it came out beautifully.

Very good recipe! I'm making the second one before having finished eating the first! The only thing is when do you add the creamcheese in the mix? In step 3. you say add cream, and step 4. is already pouring the batter on the crust. I added it in between these two..

Hello. We are about to bake this recipe. Does it bake at 350. Your other recipes lower the heat after the graham cracker crust bakes. It sounds delicious.
