Chef's Notes

Make ahead tip: Assemble the dip in advance (I've assembled it up to 4 hours ahead), refrigerate it, and then bake it right before serving.

This pizza dip was a hit at out Super Bowl party last night. Since most of the guests were vegetarian, I used mushrooms, black olives, and marinated artichoke hearts for the toppings. I chopped up Canadian bacon and jalapenos to serve on the side for additional toppings. This dip was delicious! I will be making this again to serve to my guests or for an easy meal with a glass of wine. YUM!
