These S'mores Cupcakes are the bomb! They are low in points, packed with protein and topped with a vanilla frosting!

Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl combine protein powder, baking powder.
Using a wire whisk, mix in egg, unsweetened applesauce, extract and water until well blended.
Place 6 cupcake liners into a muffin tin. Pour batter into each liner (about 1/2 full).
Cook for 12-15 minutes.
