  1. Begin with cooking chopped bacon until crispy. Keep bacon aside in a bowl and discard excess bacon fat.

  2. Whisk together egg, milk, salt, and pepper using a fork.

  3. Heat butter in the same pan used above. Pour the beaten egg mixture. When it starts to set around the corner (15-20 seconds) using a spatula break the mixture and stir.

  4. When the egg is cooked through but it still looks creamy remove from heat and keep it aside.

  5. To the same pan add crumbled breakfast sausage, chopped onion, and peppers. Cook until the sausage is cooked and the onion has softened.
