Instructions
Place the onion, cloves, bay leaf and soy milk in a medium saucepan and place over medium/low heat. Once steam starts to rise from the soy milk (but before it starts to boil) turn off the heat, cover with a lid and leave to infuse for a minimum of 10 minutes. Once infused, remove the onion, cloves and bay leaf from the soy milk and discard.

I didn't have an onion, cloves or bay leaves but I needed it for a lasagne
It was brilliant, and way better than the one from Tesco!
As easy as regular bechamel, and delicious. The onion and cloves infusion made such a difference. It was delightful in your Dropped-the-Pot lasagne (as we had run out of silken tofu)!

All flour is sprayed with folic acid. It's poisonous! There must be a substitute for wheat flour! Folic acid is not found in nature and the human body can not convert it into folate! This is the single most cause of ADHD! Do your homework ❤️💕
