Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan assisted / 390F).
In a large bowl, beat together the butter, golden syrup, vanilla and sugar until fluffy
Beat in the egg until well combined
Add the flour, cocoa and the baking powder and mix well.
Add the marshmallows and chocolate chips and mix again.
