I absolutely love this dip and I wonder what I’m going to do when scape season is over. I have used As a spread on sandwiches and even as a pasta sauce, minus the mayo. Soooo good!

Used 2T Miracle Whip. Will omit in future. Dip by itself very flavorful on crackers. Easy to make & looks appetizing!
