Hi Jane, another delicious recipe, I did this with just galaxy caramel instead of golden eggs! I did find this didn’t set as well as the Lindt one that I’ve made a couple of times previously..and I did everything the same i.e. making sure the cream was stiff before placing it in the tin, not over whipping so it was sloppy etc etc. Is there a reason for this was a bit soft? This also happened in the same way with the Caramac cheesecake when I tried this. If I used more chocolate would this set better, or is there such a thing as over doing it when it comes to combining chocolate in a cheesecake? All were set over-night and the morning also.
OMG.... well what can I say!?
Made your cheesecake and it was heaven on a plate! oh lordy...
I will never use another recipe, it will be yours all the way,
Thank you Jane xx
