Fabulous way to use left over chili.. I mixed Smoked Gouda cheese into the chili because it is so melty and then topped the Tater Tots with Cheddar cheese. The kids took it a step further and put ketchup on top of theirs. Very tasty with a dollop of sour cream as well. I will be taking this casserole to our next family pot luck supper.
