Chef's Notes

Julie’s TipsS’mores Pie Tips
If using a smaller dish, fill no more than ¾ full to compensate for rise.
Marshmallows are highly flammable and can burn or light on fire easily, so it’s important to keep an eye on them, as to not ruin the whole pie.
You want to make sure the skillet is placed directly in the middle of the oven. If it’s too close to the top element it can cause the marshmallows to heat quicker and burn.
Be sure you have your oven to the right temperature, turning up the temperature in an attempt to shorten the baking time with only lead to a bunch of ruined marshmallows
