Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting the ends extend up the sides.

Add in eggs. Then add in the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Fold in the apples (batter will be thick.)
Transfer batter to the prepared pan.
