Jumbo pasta shells are stuffed with a delicious sloppy joe mixture, topped with cheese and baked until bubbly.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cook shells until tender, drain and set aside.

  3. In saute pan brown your ground beef until no longer pink, remove with slotted spoon to bowl and drain.

  4. Add oil to pan and heat on medium heat, add your pepper and onions and saute until tender.

  5. Add your ground beef back to pan, as well as 1 1/2 cans of sloppy joe mix and continue to heat on medium until bubbly.

  6. Stir in 1 cup of cheese until melted, remove from heat.

  7. In a 9x13" pan add the remainder of your sloppy joe mix and spread over bottom.
