Kielbasa Sauerkraut Sliders are made with fried smoked Polish sausage slices, seasoned sauerkraut and lots of melted provolone cheese. Perfect for an easy dinner or game day appetizer!

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil and kielbasa to a large skillet, and cook over medium heat until kielbasa is browned

  2. Move kielbasa to sides of skillet, add sauerkraut to center of pan and season with salt, pepper and brown sugar

Chef's Notes

Mix 1/4 cup mayo and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and spread over inside tops of buns before baking, if desired
Add provolone cheese directly over meat mixture in skillet if you don't want to bake the sliders, then assemble when cheese is melted
