I should not read your blog before dinner. This looks so amazing. I don't cook often with squash. We have one that needs to be eaten though. I LOVE eating it, I just find the prep can sometimes be overwhelming...
Oh look at how pretty that is! I would have never thought to put the candied pecans on there but I bet that is amazing!!
