Chicken Jalfrezi

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp oil
• ½ tsp Chilli Powder Mild
• ½ tsp Garlic granules
• ½ tsp Chillies Crushed
• ½ tsp Coriander Leaf
• 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbsp Medium Curry Powder
• 1 onion, finely chopped (or for best results blend in a food processor)
• 450 g (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thigh, sliced
• ½ tsp Garlic Pepper
• 1 fresh green chilli, sliced
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 1 tsp black onion seed
