This No Bake Peppermint Layered Lush dessert will be perfect for holiday parties. It starts with a simple Oreo cookie crust, a creamy cream cheese layer, a dreamy peppermint white chocolate layer, and topped with whipped topping. It's pretty and delicious!

Instructions

  1. Heavily grease a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.

  2. Pulse Oreos in food processor until completely crushed.

  3. Add melted butter and 1/4 cup Sugar. Pulse to incorporate.

  4. Press mixture into bottom of prepared pan.

  5. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.

  6. In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese until creamy.

  7. Add remaining sugar and 1 teaspoon of peppermint. Beat until incorporated.

  8. Evenly spread mixture on crust and refrigerate while you make next layer.

  9. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat until thickened.

  10. Add in food coloring and 2 teaspoons of peppermint extract. Beat until blended.

  11. Fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips until incorporated.

  12. Carefully spread this mixture over first layer.

WOW was this good and such a beautiful presentation! I made it for Christmas dinner, it was delicious. I think I'd like more of the chocolate crust and fewer chocolate chips but that is a personal thing. Rich but not too sweet and just the right amount of peppermint.
