A: the combination of the vegetable oil, almond milk and zucchini make this the most moist zucchini bread you’ll ever have!!


Q: Can you taste the zucchini?

A: Nope! Not one bit. It just makes it super duper moist and slightly healthy! The cocoa powder and chocolate chips make it extra chocolate-y so you have a really decadent flavor on top of the shredded zucchini.


Q: Should you peel the zucchini for this recipe?

A: No need! Just trim the ends off the zucchini and grate the entire thing.


Q: What if I do not have a stand mixer?

A: You can easily make this recipe without a stand mixer. I just like to do it in the stand mixer because it's easy, but you can do it in 1 bowl if you prefer and just whisk it all together by hand.

Hi from Canada. I made this Chocolate Zucchini Bread two days ago and after it cooled I wrapped it up and froze it. As it turned out three friends came over to visit and I defrosted this bread and served it. It's all gone! I didn't even get a piece. They raved about the zucchini chocolate bread. I have one more in the freezer and it's mine. Without missing a beat they took what was left on the plate..wrapped it up and put it in their purses.

I just made this and it’s so good. I haven’t had chocolate zucchini bread before so I was expecting normal zucchini bread but chocolate. This is not that same at all this was like a chocolate cake. It was maybe even better that the real chocolate cake I made the other week for my kids birthday.
