Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 cup plain flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 tsp fine salt
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or sour cream)
• 1 Batch American buttercream frosting
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (vanilla bean paste)
• 1 1/4 cups caster sugar (superfine)
• 3 1/2 cups plain flour (all-purpose)
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk (full-cream )
• 1/2 cup choc chips (milk, dark or white for batter)
• 1/2 cup choc chips (milk, dark or white for decorating)
• 24 choc chip cookies
• 1/2 cup white chocolate (melted)
• 3 tbsp molasses (mixed together)
• 1 cup choc chips (milk, dark or white for cookie dough)
• 1/2 cup soften butter
• 2-4 tbsp milk (you might not need all of the milk)
