Worked very well over the fire, even in winter! Will definitely make again.

My Girl Scout Troop of 5th Grade Juniors just used this recipe at our campout this weekend and enjoyed it! The girls did it all themselves and most of them turned out great! We put the foil packets directly on the edge of the fire...like almost to where they were on fire. Otherwise they didn't cook in the 8-12 minutes. Out of the 8 or so that were made, 6 were most successful and they were wrapped to look almost like sandwiches. The two that were more softball shaped ended up mostly burned, so that might be something to be cognizant of. They made the fire smell amazing for a little bit! Thank you for the recipe!

We made this in a foil pan over the campfire grill. We cooked it longer and turned the pan to prevent overcooking it. My friends who I camped with asked me to make it the next time we went camping too. It's that good!

This is a fantastic recipe! We have to make a double batch as it is gone FAST! We've made it over the bonfire and in the oven, neither way disappoints! So good!

These were absolutely delicious. We put them on the grill while we ate dinner. We didn't have ice cream but they were good all by themselves. Definitely will make many more times. Love to cook food on the grill. Thanks

Really tasty. Definitely add salt to the mixture if you’re not using salted butter! Thanks for the advice on double wrapping!
