Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until well blended, about one minute. 

  3. Add the egg and beat until just combined.

  4. Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix on low speed until just combined. 

  5. Stir in the peanut butter chips, peanuts, chocolate chips, and Snickers.

I also got a few more than the recipe but they look and taste great! I added a tiny bit of chocolate drizzle over the top to just add to presentation. My dad’s favorite candy is Snickers and he and my family loved these!

These taste just like a Snickers bar! I yielded a few more cookies than the 14-extra bonus for me yay! :) I cooked mine 9 mins and came out perfectly. Do not over bake! Definitely a keeper recipe!

I was very excited to try this recipe, of course you can never make them look as pretty as the pictures. Everything was easy to follow and they tasted delicious. My only negative was that they didn’t flatten out in the oven. I ended up rolling them into balls and then pressing them down to a desired flat before baking. Otherwise they were great!
