Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and cinnamon.

  2. Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip bread into the egg mixture to coat both sides.

  3. Place in skillet, cook until golden, about 4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side 4 minutes.
