Ingredients

2 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp oil
75 g (3 oz) tomato ketchup
2 tbsp cold water
900 g (2 lbs) chicken wings (tips removed), skin on
spring onion (green part only), finely chopped to garnish

Instructions

Combine cajun seasoning, tomato ketchup, water and oil in a large bowl. Add meat to bowl and turn to coat well.
