DAIRY FREE CORNBREAD: You can use any vegan cornbread recipe you prefer however, my dairy free cornbread recipe is specifically made for this recipe.
KING OYSTER MUSHROOMS: King Oyster Mushrooms are serving as the "chicken" in the recipe when making the broth. But you can use your favorite vegan chicken substitute for a more realistic texture.
VEGAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP: The vegan cream of chicken soup is optional to add however because it only takes about 10 minutes to make, I personally would not omit it. Your best success with this recipe will be to follow it exactly as it is written.

Thank you. This is my first year vegan and these recipes have saved my holidays. I made them this weekend and vacuum sealed them for the coming holidays being that I'm the only vegan in the house. Now I can focus on cooking my family a traditional holiday meal and have mine ready.
Of course I tasted everything, and it's all delicious. I'm glad because the grocery bill was real. But I have enough for Thanksgiving and Christmas. My Mac and cheese needed a larger dish and it was a little loose, but good. That corn bread and stuffing recipe is on point!!! The meat loaf is good too. I'll back the greens and yams the day off. Those are easier because the entire family can eat will eat those. Thanks. I wish I could attach the pictures.
I loved this recipe! Thanks so much! I didn’t make my own broth and opted for vegan mock chicken (Gardein brand). It was my first time making my own stuffing and I really appreciated how straightforward and simple your directions were. Now that I feel more confident about making stuffing. I think I will try making my own broth and using the mushrooms as well. Thanks a lot!
