I cannot believe I spatchcocked a chicken, I am really proud of myself! That was the hardest part of the recipe and it really wasn't that bad! Used zatar seasoning bc I didn't have adobo, did everything else the same. Simply delicious! Great recipe, easy prep!
I’m rarely able to find a whole chicken that small. How long would you recommend to cook a chicken of about 6 pounds?
I love this recipe but the oil splatters everywhere in my oven and smokes like crazy. Can you sub avocado oil?
