Instructions

  1. Toss peppers, onion, and garlic into the food processor and process into small pieces.

  2. Season the steaks to taste thoroughly on both sides.

  3. Then spoon the vegetables onto the steak as thick as desired and roll up securing the meat with toothpicks.

  4. Dredge steak rolls in flour, shaking off the excess.

  5. Place oil in instant pot and turn the pot on to saute'.

  6. Brown meat on all sides.

  7. Pour water over meat.

  8. Close the lid securely making sure the vent is on sealing.

  9. Press Cancel on the control panel, then press the Meat/Stew button that registers 35 minutes on high pressure.

  10. After the cooking time is ended, allow the pot to sit for 10 minutes as it depressurizes.
