Orange Tofu Broccoli
This is an easy Vegetarian / Vegan recipe. It's got a Orange glaze made from Soy Sauce, rice vinegar, fresh ginger and garlic, Sriracha sauce and Orange juice. Its saucy, sweet, savory, spicy, soft crunchy, healthy, filling.... basically a delicious melody of taste and texture that makes for one spectacular Orange Tofu Broccoli recipe.

Drain the tofu, wrap it in kitchen napkin or paper towel, place a heavy pan on top and let stand for 15 mins to press out the excess liquid.
Meanwhile, take corn starch in a mixing bowl. Add water and mix well.
Now add Rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, orange zest and orange juice. Mix the well.
Cut the pressed tofu into cubes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add grated garlic and ginger. Saute for few seconds.
Add tofu and saute until lightly golden brown in color. Stir occasionally.
Now add Broccoli Florets and salt. Mix and saute for a minute.
