  1. Step1~Smash Lemongrass and put aside .

  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces.

  3. Put all the seasoning inside the mixing bowl.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Covered, put in the refrigeration marinated at least one day.

  6. Thread marinated chicken pieces on skewers.

  7. Put oil into the fyring pan using lemongrass.

  8. Place the chicken satay over the fyring pan. For 4 or 5 minute on each side.

  9. Use lemongrass with the oil and baste on satay.

  10. Flipping occasionally.

  11. Until satay change to golden colour take it out.
