Cut 4 squares of parchment paper or nonstick foil and press patties on to foil. This makes placing on the grill easier and keeps the burgers from sticking to each other.
Use an instant-read thermometer to test doneness.
Serving the burgers with tzatziki sauce is one of the best ways to eat this burger. It isn't quite a gyro burger without it. 🙂
