Ingredients

• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 1 ¼ cup milk
• 2 tsp hot sauce
• 1 Jalapeno, diced
• 2 TB butter
• 3 large potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
• 2 TB extra virgin olive oil
• 1 ¼ cup of LaClare Creamery Goat Jack Cheese, shredded
• 2 TB flour
• 1, 8 oz can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
