These french toast triangles are amazing! Just cut bread in half diagonally into triangles, dip in milk and egg and cook on frying pan to make delicious french toast! This is a perfect easy breakfast!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut bread slices diagonally to make triangles.

  2. Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl.

  3. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Dip a slice of bread in the milk mixture, then turn it, dip the other side and put on a frying pan. Repeat with the remaining slices (that fit in a frying pan).

  5. Cook for 3 minutes, then flip the bread and cook for another 2 minutes.

I love french toast...but would always be soggy no matter what i did! I googled dennys french toast as theirs is NEVER SOGGY...i found that the secret is to add FLOUR!! yes a bit lumpy but never is it soggy!! i use the thick texas toast from smart and final or stater brothers has it...so yummy!!!! I add maybe 1/3 cup...then of course the eggs, milk, sugar, a little bit of cinnamon and vanilla extract...yumo!!
