  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni and cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain the cooked noodles and return them to the pan.

  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon unsalted butter and 1 large beaten egg until the pasta is evenly coated.

Absolutely AMAZING! It's the first thing everyone requests from me whenever there's a potluck! Sometimes instead of putting them in a muffin tin I just make a full pan and that works great too. You can also add an extra ranch packet to ramp up the ranch flavoring.
