Loaded Butternut Squash Boats

5 / 5 (17 reviews)

A seasonal, wholesome recipe featuring Fall's finest harvest - butternut squash. Secondary to pumpkin of course. This recipe came pretty easily. I literally used all of my favorite savory flavors, put them together for this jazzy little number, et voila! This recipe was created.

This was so DELICIOUS! I used one giant butternut squash and there was some filling left, so the next day I used leftover squash (we could not finish it) and the filling to make a sauce for pasta. This recipe is amazing and very easy to make and I just wanted to thank you for sharing it.
