This granola will keep, in an air-tight container in the pantry, for 1 month.
Stir into yogurt or smoothies, or top ice cream, or oatmeal with it.

Marta - I stumbled upon your site when looking for Easter brunch recipes. We made this for brunch yesterday (along with your chicken & waffles which also received rave reviews)). We served the granola with yogurt, berries and honey. Everyone LOVED the granola - so much so that I had to send everyone home with their own containers of it! I'm making more as I write this!
