I was nervous about the saffron , what a great recipe. I didn’t have fennel so I used celery , I wish I adapted more then I did . I was worried about it over taking the flavor , added shallots as well . I never follow 100% , I think next time more celery and I will put the pine nuts in the sauce mixture. Thanks for the great ideas .
