Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
1 cup beef broth
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1-2 lb beef for stew (Easily sub ground beef, beef tips, chuck roast cubed)
2 tbsp Brown Label Musket Powder Seasoning

Instructions

Saute beef with olive oil in instapot until seared. (This could also be done in crock pot or stovetop - just sear the meat beforehand in skillet.) This step isn't mandatory, but helps.
Add other ingredients and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
