I cut this recipe in half and it was terrific!
I made this as my first recipe for my new Instant Pot Rio Wide. We thought it was really good as a simple staple, my husband loves anything with burger in it and cheese just makes things better! I have to admit that I was surprised how easy and it actually worked, LOL. I even used whole grain macaroni, timing was on point. I will make again on those busy nights. Good base recipe, too, if you wanted to give it some add-ins.
This was easy and it tasted good.
