Jamaican Pumpkin Punch is a creamy, tasty and nutritious blended beverage that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Divide the pumpkin into smaller pieces, to make it much easier to manage. Remove the center of the pumpkin that contain the seeds and peel the skin off.
Cut each pieces into cubes. Add to a bowl and rinse with water.
Add the pumpkin cubes into a pot with the water. Cover the pot with a lid and allow to cook on medium heat, until tender.
Once it is cooked, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Pour the cooled cooked pumpkin pieces with the water that it was cooked with in a blender and blend.
Add the blended mixture into a large pitcher (I forgot that my pitcher wasn't large enough, so I switched to a large bowl as shown in the pictures above).
Pour the Jamaican Irish Moss, Supligen, Dragon Stout, Mixed Spice, Nutmeg, Vanilla Extract, Appleton Estate Rum, sweetened condensed milk and mix together.

If you are not able to get a piece of Jamaican Pumpkin, you can use Calabaza.Make sure all the cooked pumpkin is cool before blending it.Appleton Estate Rum is optional, so you don't have to add it to the blended Jamaican Pumpkin Punch.
