  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble.

  3. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth.

  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

  5. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the mixture evenly into the cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
