• 5 medium-sized mini pumpkins
• 160 grams or 1 cup wild rice
• 600 ml or 2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
• 100 grams broccoli (steamed or boiled)
• 65 grams or 1/2 cup pecans (toasted, chopped)
• 40 grams or 1/3 cup dried cranberries
• 40 grams or 1/3 cup prunes (quartered)
• 80 grams or 1/3 cup feta cheese (diced)
