Mulligatawny - Stovetop Version

5 / 5 (12 reviews)

Mulligatawny is a traditional Indian curry soup and there are many variations. Some versions have meat in them and others do not. This is a vegetarian version. It is a hearty and delicious one pot meal. From One Pot Comfort by Meredith Laurence

This soup was so good! I like the way the apples toned down the curry. Just enough heat in the soup. I will be making this again.

Very tasty on a cold day. Love the lentils any way you cook them but the curry made a huge good difference.
