  1. Step 1

  2. Place the chicken in a roasting pan, season with salt and pepper  add a splash of water and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes. Once cooked, shred using two forks and let aside.

  4. Prepare all the vegetables, and place them in a pan along with the olive oil. Saute for 5 to 10 minutes add the garlic and saute for 1 more minute. Let it cool.

  5. Step 3

  6. Pre heat the oven at 180°C.

  7. Step 4

  8. Once the vegetables have cooled down, add the chicken in the vegetable mix and crumble in the feta cheese. Add the chopped parsley, salt, pepper and curry powder.

  9. Step 5

  10. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture and mix everything together.
