Ingredients

• A pinch of salt
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 large egg yolk
• 3/4 cup white chocolate
• 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
• 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. two large lemons)
• 1 cup cold unsalted butter (cut into 1-inch cubes)
