  1. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt and garlic powder. Lightly season all sides of chicken with seasoning mixture. 

  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Add chicken and let cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 more minutes. 

  3. When chicken is done cooking, transfer to a deep plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

I love this recipe. Had to comment after making the sauce several times. I was looking for a lemon caper cream sauce for a pork schnitzel and used this one. I’ve since made it with just pan seared chicken and fried chicken cutlets. It’s very good and versatile! Thank you!
