Saucy Shrimp (Bonefish Grill Copcat)
Saucy Shrimp tastes incredible served over crusty bread as an appetizer. Sun-dried tomatoes give it a concentrated tomato flavor and feta cheese and kalamata olives add a little saltiness.

Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon butter and the oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
Season shrimp with salt and black pepper and place in pan. Cook just until pink on both sides and remove from pan and set aside. At this point they should be somewhat undercooked because they will finish cooking in the sauce. Careful not to overcook them or they will get rubbery.
Add remaining tablespoon of butter to pan along with garlic. Cook garlic for 1 minute.
Add tomato paste and clam juice. Stir to mix tomato paste into clam juice. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.

I can’t stop eating this! I was so sad when they took this off the menu, but this will be made on repeat. Thank you! It’s a perfect reproduction.
Spot on for BF saucy shrimp!!! I couldn't believe it! Was easy to make, saved the clam juice from another clam chowder that I made this week to use for it. Served it with some French bread. There are many copy cat recipes out there that don't come close. So glad I found this recipe, they took saucy shrimp off the menu years ago sadly.
Absolutely perfect. Party staple. Never disappoints.
One one of my all-time favorite dishes. I was hooked from the very first time I had it and ate it on a regular basis. When Bonefish stop serving it I went online and found this recipe. Just a side note, you can boil up some linguine, angel hair pasta and serve it over top of it. Absolutely delicious!
Your recipe is spot on! It's so delicious! Thanks for sharing.
Awesome thank you for the recipe can’t find it anymore at bone fish. My favorite topping for fish.
This is so good. I cook tortellini and toss together and it is great
I love this appetizer at bonefish. This recipe is spot on. Made it for a family party and everyone loved it! Just had a request to make it again for a baby shower next month. Everyone LOVED it!!
Thank you so much for this recipe! I just cooked it today for me and parents and it tasted like it came directly from Bonefish Grill! This was so much fun to cook!😊😊
Thanks--my fave shrimp dish ever, and it's rarely on the Bonefish menu anymore. There was a time when it was made with shrimp and bay scallops--any seafood combo is wonderful. Don't ever skimp on the garlic!
Favorite for all the moms I've made this for at the potluck everyone wants this recipe.
Suggestion: switch the feta cheese with goat cheese! It’s to die for...i always ask for goat cheese instead at bonefish
So great and I'd have to say my husband said better tasting! We always go to Bonefish Grille just to have the saucy shrimp. It turned out just as great! Happy I was able to make it at home for my family now! 😍
Thank you!
Near perfection! I've been eating this at Bonefish Grill for the last 10 years. The only complaint i have is its just a little too sweet. I would use a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon.
Thanks for the yummy recipe!
