Made these for Christmas Eve and my granddaughter declared them the best cookies she’s ever had!

I may never go back to cutout sugar cookies. These are amazing and oh-so-easy. The only change I made was using crushed candy canes on top instead of Christmas sprinkles. The edges seemed to rise quite a bit more so I also cut around the pan (about 3/4”) and used regular sprinkles on the edge pieces. It’s hard to imagine but I have family members who don’t like anything mint! Everyone is happy.
