Crunchy Fish Tacos

Ingredients

• olive oil
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• salt
• ¼ tsp oregano
• 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp chili powder
• sour cream (for serving)
• 1 avocado (sliced)
• 1 lime (cut into wedges)
• 1 jalapeno (sliced)
• ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
• hot sauce (for serving)
• 1 lb tilapia filets
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper (or more if you like it spicy!)
• 1 + ½ cups shredded red cabbage
• Half a medium white onion (diced and soaked in ice water for 30 minutes (this will draw out some of the onion’s bite))
• 8 corn tortillas (warmed for serving)
