Ooey gooey cheese sauce over al dente macaroni noodles sprinkled with a crunchy buttery topping. This ain't your blue box mac and cheese.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350F.

  2. For the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

  3. Add macaroni and cook al dente, about 1 minute less than box directions.

  4. Drain and return to pot.

  5. Toss to coat with avocado oil and cool.

  6. Combine cheese in a mixing bowl and set aside.

  7. In another mixing bowl combine panko, 2 tablesspoons melted butter, paprika, and Parmesan cheese.

  8. Melt remaining butter in a sauce pan over medium high heat..

  9. Whisk in flour until combined.

  10. Add cream and milk. Whisk to combine.

  11. Mix in 2 cups of the shredded cheese blend in 1 cup increments.

  12. Add to pasta and stir until coated.

  13. Pour half of the noodles in to a greased baking dish.
