A great quick, easy, and delicious meal. Served it for Father's Day supper using local fresh asparagus from the morning market. Will be making this again!
We absolutely loved this meal. Just had fresh asparagus out of the garden so we roasted broccoli instead. Excellent substitution (we thought). Next time I’ll marinate the steak longer than 30 minutes. The steak had a wonderful flavor as is but we’re thinking it will only get better with a longer marinate time. Keeper recipe for sure!
So very delicious. Made as written plus a tsp of maple syrup. Had no asparagus so served with plain salad I dipped in the sauce.
We use this marinade all the time for steak. We’ve made this meal as written several times too. So good!
