Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 12 count muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
In a mixing bowl, whisk together your flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and mix until combined.
Add in your eggs, oil, apple cider and milk and stir until just moistened.
Fill your tins about 3/4 full with batter and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

These turned out... good. They're not the most flavorful apple muffin I've ever tasted and the batter came out quite sticky. I suppose if I were to make them again, I'd add an extra quarter cup of apple cider to moisten them up some and to better carry the flavor.
Very nice ! An easy apple muffin recipe that’s just right, I however didn’t use the topping just cinnamon sugar sprinkle on before popped in oven. Added a teaspoon of vanilla too.
I was thinking that the recipe would use apple, but it wasn't. How nice it is. That would be my next breakfast recipe, thanks very much.
