  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a muffin pan by adding liners or greasing it.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.

  3. In a separate, large bowl cream together the softened butter with sugar and brown sugar. Mix in the vanilla and non-dairy milk.

  4. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and whisk until there are no more streaks of flour. Clumps are okay.

  5. Fold in the blueberries.

Any plain, unsweetened non-dairy milk can be used for this recipe. I typically reach for oat milk.
